How to "Very Deep Hide" (and Unhide) a Worksheet in Excel

When a worksheet is hidden, it's not visible to the user in the Excel interface. The user can unhide a hidden worksheet through the Excel interface by right-clicking on any visible worksheet tab and selecting "Unhide". When a worksheet is very hidden, it's also not visible to the user in the Excel interface. Unlike a hidden worksheet, the user cannot unhide a very hidden worksheet through the Excel interface.
